Description
A modern roasted specialty blend that reflects the way Ojo de café roast their espressos – with a medium body, balanced acidity, lots of flavor and sweetness. They use a Brazilian natural, a Colombian washed coffee and a natural from Guatemala, all from producers they have been working with for many years.
It is their best-selling coffee and has its place as a daily coffee at home and in many specialty coffee shops in Switzerland. It also works excellently with cow’s and oat’s milk and as a lungo. Perfect for portafilters and Bialetti, it is even suitable for a simple filter coffee.
